In the event that Steyn does not destroy the tail with a spell of reverse swing, I think it is reasonable to say that the fate of the game very much lies in how long Ganguly can stay at the crease.

Well, scores are level. Come on....find a way to score 50 runs...if the lead is less than that, then SA have the advantage, as its going to be very tough batting last.

Bhajji gone - at least he stuck around a bit. Chawla can bat a bit - Dada just has to tell him that he'll make him do five laps per one stupid shot....just score a single to give Ganguly strike...

In my opinion, Chawla's best bet would be to assume that deliveries from Steyn are swinging in and so look not to overcommitt at the crease.

And he's gone. I have faith in Sreesanth to bat for a little while though, to support Ganguly well.

Another brain explosion by Ganguly. When he could have stayed and scored his own century and help India get past 300, he decides to slog it.

Left uni when Ganguly and Dhoni were doing pretty well and thought that could really be the match defining partnership but SA have done very well here to finish off things quickly. Exciting stuff.

He had to go for it though, with Ishant and Sreesanth not likely to last long.
