I think South Africa will be delighted with having Dhawana, Kohli and Pujara back at the pavilion by lunch.

Indian batsmen do tend to appear a bit rusty and under cooked at times in the first innings of the first test of a series, especially with the amount of ODI cricket they play. Those shots by Kohli and Dhawan would have worked had they allowed to get themselves in first...but they like to get going straight away.
