Love the way the Pommies whinned about the dead ball...

Smith complained to the umpire and umpire ruled it dead ball before Smith edged it - whats so bad in it? Finn needs to sort it, simple as that!

Don't have to be big ones, tbh, and if anything that's the natural way that Finn moves the ball.
Yeah he naturally does bowl off-cutters, but he's not a big swinger of the ball and I really don't think there's enough in the deck for it otherwise. Smith loves nothing more than being able to shovel the ball onto the leg side and the angle here will just help him no end.

well england lost that wicket on a technicality as well, so i'd say its fair :)
I'm lost for words, as I'm sure I don't need to explain the difference between a technicality in a cricket game and something which is not legal.

Hopefully this game can be brought back to an even keel from a neutral pov. Quite keen to see Bresnan pick up a few as well.

It must have been something they targeted before because Smith complained without even facing a ball off Finn.

no. i just don't think the warning was fair. as clearly i did not set out to advertise any sites. i posted a screen shot of what commentators spoke of between the bowler in 2010 and 2012.

the fact that you guys felt that i intentionally set out to advertise the site is what should be lost for words ...

but who am i to argue, i just post here, and ill gladly accept the warning....

If we thought you did it on purpose then you would've got an infraction rather than a warning. We gave you a warning to make sure you didn't do it again.

Sometimes I think these comms can't watch properly, Broad has been operating around 82/84 for the past 2 years, he has dropped a few below 80 but it's not unusual.

Some delivery that from Broad, jagged back big time, Amla's lucky.

Nah, he was consistently at or around 85 during the India series.

Can we take a sweep on how many hours into the series we'll be before Rudolph (or Duminy, or de Villiers) will actually get to have a bat?
