Does anybody agree that Neil McKenzie has one of the worst techniques, especially opening the batting. It rates right up there with Stuart MacGill's. He looks like bambi on ice.
Actually, it's not. It's almost central to the point. His 100 in India he was dropped 3 times (granted, twice in the 90's but the first one he was around the 20's) and the same thing here. Those catches are taken and people would probably still be saying that he folds under pressure more often than not.(sure he's had some luck, but that's beside the point)
Loving it tbh.Okay, this is a bit OT but relevant to Aussie chances in SA. Australia MUST sack Nielsen and get Ganguly to coach them. Ganguly might be able to get some backbone into people like clarke.
Also, they should try to get Harbi to hold some spin clinics when he has some time. Obviously that fool Jenner doesn't know **** and he can't ride Warnie's tail-coat forever. Harbi is possibly the greatest off-spinner playing the game right now (aside from Murali, Mendis, Jeetan Patel).
Like Shaun Pollock in his prime but a better bat imoI reckon this Macdonald fella could become one of the all time greats....
I could just picture Ganguly coaching Australia....Okay, this is a bit OT but relevant to Aussie chances in SA. Australia MUST sack Nielsen and get Ganguly to coach them. Ganguly might be able to get some backbone into people like clarke.

Prior to his return to the team, he probs would have been out next over. Obvs he's no Steve Waugh, but gotta give some credit to the bloke for making the most of the chances he's been given imo.Actually, it's not. It's almost central to the point. How often do you see him trot down and hit one straight at mid-off chest high when the team is 3 for **** all? Way too often IMO.
Don't think much of his technique on leaving the ball. But he's got a solid enough defence.Does anybody agree that Neil McKenzie has one of the worst techniques, especially opening the batting. It rates right up there with Stuart MacGill's. He looks like bambi on ice.
Worst ad, seriously."It didn't hit the roof"
"It went through!"
Yeah, he didn't get belted, but he was still too loose for the kind of bowler he is IMO. May just have been nerves or whatever, much tighter today.Oh noes, went for 2 an over yesterday!!!
