International Debutant
Seriously falling apart here, the body language is looking like cr*p at the moment and what the hell was with that Hauritz return catch? This is international cricket, not a place to friggin give up.
Do sincerely hope that the selectors get some sort of cancer and are forced to retire, the selections or non selections since the retirements of our greats have been shocking.
Bowling
1. Not considering Bracken for the test team despite having awesome domestic form, ability to make the ball move and adding variety.
2. Johnson, I know he's just taken bagfuls, but still needs more time at domesitc level, work on consistency and getting his deliveries right.
3. Hilfenhaus, Bollinger and Noffke, screwing up their careers, particularly the last one's, they pretty much ruined them, not picking them when they're in form and the dropping them when they should be playing.
Captaincy
Not much needs to be said, sack Ponting and his crappy defensive, unimaginative, ineffective captaincy, needs to take a leaf out of Dhoni's book. Install Clarke.
Batting
1. If Hayden doesn't perform in this next innings, drop him for Hughes or let Hussey open and an extra spot in the middle order.
2. Drop Symonds. He's injured, not good enough as a specialist batsman, only picked because Ponting's a good mate.
3. Wasted David Hussey by not picking him in the form of his life.
4. Earmarking Shaun Marsh for tests and ODIs on the back of no domestic form, dire.
Won't be surpised if the Saffies make it past 450 with a Steyn century because the bowling is definitely the worst in the world at the moment, yes below Bangladesh's.
BTW does Ponting have a personal vendetta against Katich?

No Hauritz has been done well enough, and carried out his role well enough, if the Aussie fielding wouldn't have been as ****ty as it has been then they would have been batting by now.
