You can have success with it in a Test match. But in a ODI it's idiotic because it's just free runs for the batting team, they don't even need to play a shot at that line.

I think giving deference to an umpire’s on field call is the best way to adjudicate these very close decisions that are within the margin of error but it’s still brutal for the team on the wrong side.

It’s weird to use it in a one dayer tbh. I’d have thought a silly point would be the go. It stops the forward prod and makes lbw more likely.
