Here's an interesting thought......its possible to lose a KO WC game (or even several of them) because the opposition are better than you, either on the day or overall. I mean I know that sounds crazy and it's so much more fun to throw the choker gags out because of something that happened decades ago. But it's realy tiresome and well past its used by date.
