This is one of the weird issues with the flashing bails. I'm not sure they'd actually left the stumps when Rahul touched them, it was the ball which finally dislodged them. But no way you could give it out.

The movement of the stumps after the ball passes could plausibly have just been the momentum of Rahul's initial knock carrying though. No definitive evidence the ball even hits the stumps before Rahul gloves it.

Even if KL didn't touch the stumps that would've been not out. He would've made the ground by the time ball hit the stumps.
