It does make sense though. Like I said earlier in the thread, Bresnan is less suited to a ground like Lords because it isn't a ground where reverse swing is prodiminant. There have been quite a few really abrasive surfaces at Trent Bridge recently that Bresnan has exploited.

It's very odd, isn't it. Maybe they don't want to inconvenience the MCC members by asking them to get there by 10.30am.
