Hey Liam you do realise you can solve the problem of having three teams having byes on one day by combining a few of the dates.

For Example:

FC
25/2 & 1/3
10/3 & 14/3
23/3 & 27/3
5/4 & 9/4

List A
27/2 & 3/3
12/3 & 16/3
25/3 & 29/3
7/4 & 11/4

Im pretty sure if you add all these dates together the only team that will have a bye on these days is the Colts.
1. That has one team doing the impossible of playing 2 games on one game day.
2. It puts Grade Cricket out of business.

Cricket Web Red vs Cricket Web Blue
at the PDV Dome

CW Red warmed up for Season X in very impressive fashion, with victory over champions Blue by an innings and 93 runs. Powered by centuries from Haakon Moerk and Marc Robbins, the Reds plundered 546 after being inserted by Blue, and only further intensified their grip from then on in.

Fuller and Cribb started well for Blue, but the Red bowlers were consistent and solid in taking 10 wickets for 150 runs and enforcing the follow-on. Behind by a massive 396 runs, Blue fought with great heart, but man of the moment, Ian Markus wrapped things up in devastating fashion. From a score of 253/2, the Blues collapsed to 313 all out, and Markus claimed 6 for 20.

Cricket Web Blue 1st Innings 150 all out
Cricket Web Blue 2nd Innings Following On 313 all out
Cricket Web Red won by an Innings and 83 runs.

Bangladesh XI vs Cricket Web Colts
at Goffmouth Park

No joy for Bangladesh in the inaugural Colts game at Goffmouth Park, as the spin of the home side rallied for an innings and 43-run victory. Having chosen to bat first in excellent conditions, a series of poor shots saw the Colts stunned and elated, and Bangladesh dismissed for a paltry 96.

Taking much confidence from their luck in the field on the first day, the Colts piled on to 273/3, then collapsed to 326 all out. There were encouraging performances, however, as Malthus-Howell, Das and Fensome all played superbly for their half-centuries. With a lead of 230 runs on first innings, the home team applied the pressure to Bangladesh once more, fighting back from 113/2 to have them 187 all out on the back of Jack McNamara's 4 wickets.

Cricket Web Black vs Cricket Web Green
at the CWBCC Stadium

Boasting their big name offseason signings, Cricket Web Black opened their Season X preseason training in authoritative fashion. Despite a brave fightback from trophy-holders CW Green, the Blacks romped home by 8 wickets.

Green batted first on a flat wicket at the CWBCC Stadium, but an incisive spell from Mike Wilson and clever legspin from Neil Pickup ensured that they could manage only 156 all out. Intent on proving just how good a batting surface it was, Simon Fitzsimmons set about the Green attack for an imposing hundred becoming of his fat paycheque. There were other contributions throughout the order, but only Callum Thompson's 50 off 33 balls emerged out of the 30s.

Behind by 231 runs, CW Green slumped to 99/5 at the fingers of Dave Richards, and things looked dismal for last season's powerhouse. Andrew Garven was not intent on letting his ship sink, however, and played a sensational knock 147, following his first innings half-century. The hundred was a bold counter to the impressive attack of Black. He was eventually yorked by Hoy, however, who ended with 4 wickets in the innings and 6 in the match.

Chasing 108 for victory, Chaulk and Jones fell early to young Mitchell and Green had a sniff at 18/2. Alas, Fitzsimmons was in no mood to be dictated to, and his unbeaten half-century ensured that the Blacks got home with ease and style. Butler was unbeaten on 26 when the winning runs were hit.

Cricket Web Green 1st Innings 156 all out
Cricket Web Black 1st Innings 387 all out
Cricket Web Green 2nd Innings 338 all out
Cricket Web Black 2nd Innings 108 for 2
Cricket Web Black won by 8 wkts.

Great to get the highest score in my debut innings, despite being dropped three times.

Well, I hope that's off-season rustiness and nothing more. Obviously a disasterous decision to give them first use of the pitch, and everything went downhill from there. Lovely innings from Andrew and some good bowling from Travis and Tom being the only positives.

Happy with the bowling, although it's suspect as to how much of it was us and how much of it was the Deshi's daft shots, however we must be getting them in the right areas anyway, a great game for the Colts. Pretty bummed to only score 10, would have liked to contributed a lot more with the bat, but can't have it all. We played really well. :}

Nice to see Colts unbeaten playing Bangladesh. ;) Three days! I am impressed.

Highlights: All bowlers taking wickets on a pitch suited to batsmen, and it wasn't very often that fielders let their bowlers down. The obvious three batsmen taking 50's is definitely a plus. Those batsmen that didn't make scores may have a second chance yet in the next warmup. Although I'd have liked to see a second innings so we could have a longer look at our batsmen, I'm obviously thrilled to watch Kyle lead us to an innings victory. :D Great stuff!

Downsides: Only three batsmen really did shine - a couple of dropped catches and we must be fair to ourselves, if Bangladesh were a better side with their fielding then those three bats could easily have left the pitch eariler on, with them dropping some easy chances on all three successful batsmen... but hey, that happens on most games on this sim. The only real strong downside with the game was the fact that you guys are going to make selections a real headache. :D

Thats a solid win if i ever saw one - wickets shared around nicely. firmly on top from the start and Simon in some great early season form. The middle order have room to improve and we could have closed out the game better from 99-5 but definitely a decent start.

Can't really complain. Great to start the season in something resembling form!

Bit disappointed with my pair of ducks...
but 4 wickets for about 100 isn't a bad start :)

very dissapointing that no other batsman passed 50 in our team, myself and Simon proved it wasn't that bad a track to bat on... Bowling needs abit more enthusiasm too.

Lots of work to do before the next game but im sure we can come back strongly
