Great win Colts. Feels good to get revenge against Blue. :D

I should pick the team more often

Good performance there, especially by the bowlers. Hancock and Gelman really stood up then.

Edit: Looks as though kyle didn't submit the team, but it was nearly what we had agreed on. One player out...

Good win for the Colts against blue there, shame we couldn't have done the same in the FC match but it was a good close contest. I'm pretty sure I only got into the OD match because the team wasn't named, but I'm happy that I didn't balls it up at least. xD

Or rather because 3 Colts players were out and there really weren't many relevant options, given that Patrick is also out.

BARNES OUT
This has been one hell of an OD comeback boys. If we get over Colts we'll be in the final and from where we were early on in the season, that's an amazing feat.

Congrats to Stedman on his second century of the season. Lets keep this juggernaught rolling guys.

Stoked with my batting... didn't get a duck in either innings, yeyah.

Even happier with my bowling, though :)

Great game, Colts, well played.

Updated Table:

Code:
Team	Played	Won	Lost	Drawn	Tied	Bat	Bowl	Points
Black	15	11	4	0	0	39	44	237

Well done, blue boys, into third with a game in hand! :D

Black won..ah I'm gonna go crazy. Bowling let us down. Can't believe it got that bad that I had to come in to bowl a over. Good 100 how ever Garven

Another great win Black. A bit dissapointed with my performance on debut. Congrats to Stedman on some great batting.

Cricket Web Blue vs Cricket Web Colts

Commentary

Liam Camps chose to sit out CW Blue's final OD match of the regular season, electing instead to allow Pete Young to lead the side. Brendon Goff returned to the lineup, however, but batted at number six as the Blues were clearly out to grant batting time for the less experienced rather than press for victory.

It did not detract from a fine effort by the Colts to take victory, however. A rough start against the impressive Matt Smith gave way to some lovely batting by Gary Nayak in the middle overs and excellent acceleration by Pooja Bharat at the death. Stand-in captain Nick Hancock deposited Smith for a six over midwicket and made the result look more impressive with 4 overs to spare.

Cricket Web Blue 194 all out (49.2 overs)
RGEWS Cribb 44, AP Cloete 39; ZE Gelman 3-37, NR Hancock 2-25
Cricket Web Colts 195-7 (46 overs)
G Nayak 60, P Bharat 38; MS Smith 3-20, RD Dunn 2-66

Cricket Web Colts won by 3 wickets.
Man of the Match: G Nayak
Yeah, baby.
After an entire season, it's good to see us win a game by playing to our strengths like we should have been all season. Although our pace-bowling attack has lacked a bit of bite this year, I expected bigger things from Thomas and myself, so to finally have us veterans put in a good performance along with young Gelman is a great sign.
Nayak and Pooja, thanks for getting us over the line :) Well done, Colts!
