He doesn't play a role as a selector these days. However, he is meant to share simming duties. I haven't heard from him in ages though, and generally don't. Disappointing that he hasn't checked in.

The most worrying part is that the only time I get anything from him is when I inform him of an upcoming CW XI tour. He's supposed to be simming the tour of the West Indies, but I've heard nothing from him since we agreed on that. I'm doubtful that he even knows the squad has been picked.

A single post is a start to activity. That's all that I'm wanting to gauge at this stage. I've already mentioned that players will be deemed inactive midseason if necessary.
