**Official** SA20 2025

What's different about the sa20 that both the Ramslam and Mzabsi super league couldn't replicate it?
Those tournaments were on a budget , poor marketing, didn't attract overseas players also were not merit based.

When the Indian SAT20 owners came in they told CSA if they tried implementing transformation quotas they would not invest , CSA needed the investment so they agreed.

It sounds harsh but it's true , as a follower of domestic cricket it's simply not possible to see the line ups each T20 franchise fielded which is kind of sad , cause when all the best SA cricketers play together along with a few quality pros it makes for great viewing.

I am happy that SA cricket are getting much needed investment however it's pretty sad to see that all these franchises are satellite teams to Indian franchises which takes the uniqueness out of SA teams.

Even England are heading in that direction now it seems. London Capitals and/or MI London? Ffs

I've always wondered why football club owners haven't gotten into cricket investment. Teams like Bayern, Real Madrid, Juventus etc all have basketball teams for example. Or is it simply not worth it? Idk but I always thought a Man City/Man United owned cricket franchise will have a lot of eyeballs on them.
