FBU

International Debutant
Don't know why Markram doesn't bowl Dawson when there are left-handed batsmen. Only bowled 3 balls when Baartman went off injured. Dawson is in the top 5 bowlers - 12 wickets at 15.41 econ 6.49. Paarl Royals bowled 11 overs of spin, SEC bowled 4.3 overs. I would have used him instead of Gleeson who taken 1 wicket in the last 4 matches.

Fantastic batting by de Zorzi and Hermann. So often losing early wickets but not this time.

After the start SEC got yesterday I'm not going to say bowl first but Markram has hardly won a toss. I am sure MICT will want to bat anyway

Well done boys, from stone last to winning

Eases the pain of the other Cape Town side not doing to well (and cant kick)....

Lost the toss again. Bowling last 2 matches v MICT 1 wicket and 0 wickets so an improvement in the bowling.
Batting poor as usual. Next season l,2,3,4, Markram, Stubbs, Jansen, Dawson, Overton, Baartman, Gleeson.

Prize money
SEC £750,372
MICT £1,400,745

The crowd support is a massive. Makes it a festival of cricket. That is driven by the quality of player on the cricket field & demanding elite standards to win. That is both international & South African player.

Kudos Graeme Smith & team for another superb competition. Intense, high quality cricket in a month. None of that dragging on too long. Would rather that in the domestic T20 where giving every opportunity to players to put their hat in the ring for SA20.
