We're getting creamed up front and JVP doesn't look so clever behind a beaten pack. He'll be seeing Savea in his nightmares.

If Taylor could throw and Ioane didn't have bollocks for hands we could easily be four scores down.

Another goat getter the last couple weeks - teams on the tryline, repeatedly pick n going - I understand it, you'd think 110kg+ could go 6 inches forward, but what I'm seeing happen, is that after 3-5 attempts, the support forwards are all still on the ground, defensive team wins penalty - See Scotland 3 times v NZ last week, and England just now. go one pass wider ffs.

JVP certainly not looked as good as he did off the bench the other week, #9 perhaps a bit of a headache for whoever replaces Eddie next week

Incredible hatchet job by NZ, credit to England for sticking with it - not convinced the 3rd last try was a try, but it was given, and 2 more tries after it to get the draw, so wp by England. Horrible kick by Perenara to give England the opportunity at the end tbh.

hoepfully Ireland v Aus is decent, fully expect Ireland to win by 15 or so though.

How on earth did we draw that - we were completely outplayed for basically 70 minutes of that game.
Ha, quite so.

So much so, in fact, that when Barrett (B) landed the drop to make it 25-6 I said "**** this" and went to do bathtime for the bin lids.

Returned with two clean girls carefully put to bed and a draw. Somehow.

Theft, tbh, but what you gonna do?

Defences are so good that generally you don’t get enough and can lose the advantage. Whereas the kick can get you farther almost instantly or just give you the penalty. It’s boring but better percentages.
Interestingly, wallabies just did this v Ireland (kept it in hand) went 20 odd metres in hand, then fluffed it, so go back to the penalty - this is the kind of thing I'm wanting to see more of :)

wallabies execution at key set piece is yet again, horrible. Ireland won't give this many penalties away all game, and when they stop giving away the penalties, Ireland are going to roll over the top.

Faingaa is a penalty liability, and can't throw a lineout, that he is our #1 (I think Porecki is clear #2), shows how desperate we are for a good hooker...I'd even take Adam Freier at this point...

Wallabies are doing nothing but hanging on by the pea of the refs whistle right now, Ireland seem to not want to win it.

That said, big physical contests everywhere, not sure either side have a 'little' guy to break it open, maybe Nawaqanatisewesesawy for Aus or 'Aussie' Hansen for Ireland
