I don't agree with the term Anti-Indian either. It implies that I have some sort of prejudice against Indians in general or their cricket team. I'm happy to admit i don't like some Indian players and the BCCI but that doesn't mean I dislike everything about Indian cricket and most of the dislike is based upon something, not some sort of preconceived prejudice

I make no secret of the fact that I think the BCCI's stance on UDRS is ridiculous, and I'll take the piss of it when it comes up. This FTR has nothing to do with how good they are as a team; if Bangladesh opposed the UDRS and somehow got their own way with it, my posts would be similar (although I imagine a lot less people would get previous over it). This doesn't mean I dislike Indian cricket, the Indian cricket players or the Indian team, though, or have any sort of anti-India bias.

The fact that you were still cracking jokes about what a poster said during the WC implies otherwise.. The poster is long gone and I don't think anyone even gives a damn about how stupid his opinions were anymore and yet I had to read through a couple of pages of "jokes" on that when I thought there would be some good discussion on India V England seeing all the buzz it generated just before we got the subforum..

Every post I made on this issue is in the context of you people being anti-Indian cricket (both the board and the cricketers).. If I thought you guys were indulging in race based cherry picking, I would say so. But I have seen you people posting for a good while now and I know that is not the case.

Okay. I admit I've stepped out of line a few times when it comes to my thoughts on Indian cricket, but I don't necessarily dislike some members of the Indian cricket team/BCCI for nothing.

This goes both ways TBH. Sure, I suspect not many people will react negatively to criticism of Bangladesh's board if they had been the ones stalling the implementation of UDRS, but at the same time there would be fewer people around using it as an "excuse" or "justification" for disliking the Bangladesh cricket team, because of the simple fact that they aren't very successful. Not saying it applies to anyone in particular in this thread, mind you.

I am as much against the BCCI as the next guy when it comes to their opposition to the UDRS.. As I said though, it is just tiring to see the same stuff repeated in every thread..
