Ah, am I the only one who has enjoyed the Triple H-Orton build-up?

Agree on the WHC match, though, Show should be nowhere near the main event.

Seriously, though, HBK-Taker alone will be worth your money for Mania, it will be phenomenal, it really will.

Like masterblaster, still hoping for a twist in the Jericho storyline, but it really seems like they've dropped the ball on this one.

RE MITB - I like it, in a way it's like KOTR in the way it can elevate you from midcard to main event. But this year's match doesn't seem too exciting to me, my money is on a Christian-Edge match somewhere down the line when Christian cashes in his victory

Yeah love the MITB, it's the best springboard to the upper card you could possibly hope for and it's on the biggest stage there is. My only problem is that it's the type of match where you need insane athleticism as a pre-requisite to do yourself justice in it. If I read correctly Mark ****ing Henry and Kane are in it?

Wow, one of them I can deal with but having two there is seriously destroying it's potential for mine. The other four are going to have to take some extreme bumps to make Henry and Kane look like they are contributing anyhting to this.

Really meh about the card as well(seeing Taker tombstone HBK excluded obviously), the most disappointing build I've seen in a long long time. Ah well, at least I'll be splitting the PPV fee with mates and I'm sure the Mani BBQ will be as good as ever this year.

Just looking at the official card on wwe.com now, Jericho's match ain't official yet so I'm still clutching at straws and hope they get something more out of that one

There will also be a tag title unification match, I guess there will only be one set of tag champs moving forwards as it is hard to see them splitting them once they've unified, right decision for mine the tag division is as weak as piss

Not ME material for mine. Can give you a fantastic match but there's no way he could carry a Main Event program week after week or put the company on his back when he needs it. Would be a waste of a World Title shot IMO.

I've got an inkling of that, too. He lost his US Championship to MVP at this week's SmackDown tapings, which means MVP isn't likely to win it. Couple that with the fact that Vince doesn't like Christian and the fact that Vince has enjoyed surprising the IWC recently, it might happen.

He'd probably lose when cashing it in though, but that'd be okay, because at least we'd get a great match out of it - and if MVP or Christian aren't gonna win it, I don't want to see anyone else like Punk (again) or Kofi win it.

That being said, there are limitless storyline opportunities if Christian wins MITB but you get severely restricted when you give the MITB to Shelton Benjamin. Christian can go on and cash it in against Edge and start a great feud there, re ignite a feud with John Cena (the one they should've had back in 2005) or take on someone like Randy Orton or Chris Jericho if they have the championship at the time. There are no real options with Shelton Benjamin later on down the line.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I don't think Shelton would be a good choice for MITB - I think MVP or Christian should definitely get it - but I'm trying to find the positives in case he does.

That'd probably make the most sense. I can see Shelton winning it certainly but from a storyline aspect only MVP and Christian should win. I'd be pretty angry if they have someone like Finlay or Mark Henry winning it. It would be a complete waste if that were to happen. They definitely need to go with the momentum and fan following that Christian and MVP have.

You've missed a hell of a lot great moments and surprises. WWE have gone from strength to strength and are arguably in their best period since the early 2000's. TNA were promising too early on but since have really deteriorated. Any reason why you stopped watching for so long?

Finay's a great technical wrestler no doubt, but he is dull as dishwater if you ask me. Absolutely devoid of any charisma whatsoever and can't cut a decent promo even if he tried. So I think it will be a complete waste if he wins. Finlay should never get above United States Championship or Intercontinental Championship level.

They aren't going to have a fifty-something guy win MITB. Fit is awesome, but obviously lost a lot of his interest when paired with the midget.
