Could quite possibly have been. All I really remember is that it included a big rant about the kliq and said what a gun Mick Foley was. WAG. Shame he is a nutcase. The WCW one?
Oh dear, sounds incredibly ominous imo.Source(s): TNAWrestlingNews.com & The Wrestling Observer
There is much internal concern regarding the state of Jeff Hardy. Many feel his work since coming to TNA has been lackluster not to mention that his promos are rambling and sometimes virtually incoherent. Several people are comparing his current state to his previous run in the company, which occurred as a result of his termination from World Wrestling Entertainment for erratic behavior, drug use, refusal to enter rehab and deteriorating ring performance.
Kevin Nash received a concussion as a result of Hardy during their cage match two weeks ago on iMPACT! as he landed on his head while performing The Swanton.
And so it begins.Source(s): TNAWrestlingNews.com & PWInsider.com
It was announced during the TNA Lockdown pay-per-view that Sean Waltman would not appear as advertised.
Taz said over commentary that Waltman did not show up at the 1:00 p.m. ET arrival time.
"Syxx-Pac no-showed, not here," he said. "I guess it's a case of Syxx-Pac being Syxx-Pac."
Kevin Nash announced following his victory over Eric Young that he would replace Sean Waltman as Scott Hall's tag team partner against Team 3D later in the show.
It should be noted that Waltman never arrived in St. Louis for the Lockdown event. We're being told that he worked an independent date Saturday night in Wisconsin last night and according to one source, was telling those at the show he wasn't going to the event. Reportedly, he refused to "job" due to the amount of money TNA is paying him.
TNAWrestlingNews.com is reporting that although he was advertised to appear at Saturday's Lockdown Fan Interaction, Waltman also no-showed that event. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, however, appeared as advertised.
A Waltman release is likely forthcoming obviously. As of now, there is no heat on Scott Hall who arrived on-time and worked the event.
Assume the 'TNA' thing there should read Smackdown- Raw tapes tonight at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, NJ.
- The following Raw talents are stuck in Europe as of now: Big Show, Batista, Randy Orton, John Cena, Sheamus, Bret Hart, Miz, Mark Henry, Eve Torres, Maryse, Chavo Guerrero, Evan Bourne, Chris Masters, Hornswoggle, MVP, Kelly Kelly, Kofi Kingston, Ted DiBiase, Big Show and "several referees."
- Unless things change, the dark match between Batista and John Cena will not happen. Also, the angle with Bret Hart announcing that the Miz and Big Show are the best tag team of all time is off.
- The Smackdown roster, along with Raw talent not on the tour (including HHH) will fill out tonight's Raw taping. The NXT crew is also available, which is the usual as they are at all TNA tapings.
- There will likely be a lot of pre-taped segments from Europe and video packages to help fill out the show.
Oh dear, sounds incredibly ominous imo.
**** Nash would have been furious.
To be fair, I don't know why a guy of Nash's age would be trying to perform a Swanton...
That's an incredible sequence. If only there was video of that. Would be up there in the Greatest Moments in Proffessional WrestlingShooting Star Press imo.
