Being that Lashley said if Strikeforce or UFC offered him a long contract he would quit wrestling it's not a bad move.Does sound like a good show. Scott Steiner going over Lashley though? Seriously? Nice one Russo.

Putting over Scott Steiner is always a bad move imo, should have put over someone good.Being that Lashley said if Strikeforce or UFC offered him a long contract he would quit wrestling it's not a bad move.
Best. Heel. Ever.Scott Steiner is currently one of the worst workers in the history of wrestling, his offence looks like utter **** until he pulls out a suplex, which is the only thing he does well, and then goes back to looking absolutely terrible. He was a great wrestler back in the early days of the steiner brothers before his back got ****ed up and he turned into the most stedded man currently alive on the planet but since then he's been atrocious.
Having said that, I still love him, he is hilarious.
YouTube - Scott Steiner is the greatest wrestler of all time <3
Doesn't change the fact that it was a pretty ****ing awesome show. Jeez Kofi is going to be a megastar.Apparently in the firs 90 minutes of last night's RAW there was less than 10 minutes of actual wrestling. Jeez I know it's the "entertainment show!, but ffs, that is dire.
Haven't actually seen it tbf.Doesn't change the fact that it was a pretty ****ing awesome show. Jeez Kofi is going to be a megastar.
Sincerely hope so, love the guy.Doesn't change the fact that it was a pretty ****ing awesome show. Jeez Kofi is going to be a megastar.
I don't have a problem with the entertainment so to speak, but for me personally, it is still a wrestling show, and therefore the entertainment should be built around the wrestling, rather than the show being a collection of skits with a few 3 minute wrestling matches thrown in to break them up a bit. The shows between 99 and 05 demonstrated that it is possible to find a decent balance between the two aspects. And really, would it kill them to let MVP/Evan Bourne/Swagger have more than 3 minutes of TV ring time every week? Especially when it comes at the expense of watching Chavo get humiliated by Hornswoggle for 20 minutes.I suppose people who watch wrestling for the actual action might've been a bit put off, but I watch wrestling for the entertainment as opposed to the in-ring fix (although in a very different way, MMA gives me that).
I think when they get the right guest to host the shows, Raw is very watchable. Piper seemed a little bit weird this week, but he's so awesome that I turned the other way. The set they used tonight will probably only stay for MSG which is a shame because it is so much better than the over-produced set they have now that completely takes the crowd out of it a lot of the time.
Yeah this, generally at the moment if a segment does not involve Jericho/Kingston I just fast forward through the entire show, and that's when I can actually be bothered to watch it.If you want entertainment there are so many better things to be watching/doing than a bunch of roid freaks trying to act and be funny with material aimed at 12 year olds. Being a "pro wrestling" show it really should have a considerable amount of actual wrestling to qualify. Otherwise it's nothing more than an MTV reality show (a real bad one) loosely based on wrestling.
