It's not Taker? That's surprising. Either Bret or Macho Man maybe?

I somehow feel it's a trick question. Was dead sure it was Undertaker.
I've just seen the answer in an article- it's not a trick question and the answer makes a lot sense. Not Bret or Macho Man.

Wrestlers and their cricketing counterparts:

Steve Austin- Gary Sobers- best all round talent
CM Punk- Kevin Pietersen- left in controversial circumstances, do interviews about how bad the company is
Bret Hart- Geoff Boycott- prone to rants which often don't make sense for purposes of self glorification
Mitsuharu Misawa- Sydney Barnes- the best to those who know them
Lalit Modi- Vince McMahon- abandon traditional practices of the sport in favour of gaining mainstream audiences.
Lance Storm-Bob Willis: Great performer, boring ****

Randy Orton-Ravi Bopara: Overbooked and overrated

Hulk Hogan-Sachin Tendulkar: Self idolizing, puts noone else over

Ric Flair-Andrew Flintoff: Best mix of skill and charisma

Jerry Lawler-Anil Kumble: Where the **** did you get all those titles/wickets?

Pat Patterson-David Gower: Total legend, liked by all

Andy Flower-Abdullah the Butcher: Do I need to explain?

Sami Zayn-Mark Ramprakash: Why were you on the lower stage so long?

Dynamite Kid-Matthew Hayden: Bullying prick but great talent

Doink the Clown-Monty Panesar: Comedy act despite great ability

Flintoff is more Jeff Hardy, if anything.

KP - Test
Swann - Shane McMahon
Prior, Broad, and Anderson - Mean Street Posse
Warne - Ric Flair (there is no better fit, seriously)
McGrath - Arn Anderson
The various Aussie bowling attacks of the 90s and 00s - The various iterations of the Four Horsemen
Waugh bros - Undertaker and Kane

Well, the card hasn't got me hyped so far, which is strange, because on paper almost all the matches look great. I think Orton vs Rollins especially has the potential to be a classic.

Anyway, I have no doubt that regardless of how good/bad Mania actually is, they're going to nail the promo packages as always.

Chick at 1:06. Would ya not?

So so good. There's a longer version of this which goes on for a minute or so after the end of this video, but I prefer this one. "Not for me" the perfect way to end it.

can someone pls give me background to Daniel Bryan "yes" movement/chant. Did it originate from the whole "you can't win the title cos you're small and look boring" schtick, or is he sponsored by Optus?

Bryan played an obnoxious heel a couple of years back where he would often win matches under slightly dubious circumstances/with some slice of luck but would still do the over the top yes chant as though he won it by himself. Was in a feud with Sheamus for the WHC which led to a match at WM 28. The crowd had lots of Brryan fans and they were all looking forward to what would've been a great match. Unfortunately Sheamus pinned him in 18 seconds.

The next night on Raw, the crowd was very vocal with the yes chants and just took over the whole show with "Daniel Bryan" and yes chants, even though he wasn't even on the show. The fans loved Bryan and were pissed he wasn't given any time on the Wrestlemania card and voiced their support. Eventually the support for Bryan got so ridiculous that he was given a WWE championship match vs John Cena at Summerslam, where he pinned Cena. Clean. However HHH (who was the guest referee) pedigreed Bryan after the match allowing Orton to cash in MITB. This started the whole "Orton is the face of the WWE, you're small and average" etc etc.

Bryan was then weirdly phased out of the WWE title picture despite being by far the most popular wrestler on the roster. It all got out of hand when in a Raw segment where HHH was trying to hype a Cena vs Orton () and had guys like HBK, Bret Hart, Cm Punk, etc. in the ring to make it feel epic, and all the crowd was doing was chant for Bryan. They completely and utterly hijacked the segment and HHH couldn't even continue talking without acknowledging the chants
