Yeah, reminded me of Christian's ECW debut/return in 2009 tbh.

"Oh yeah, he's back...yay. ok."
Christian's '09 ECW run ended up being pretty great once he got going imo, so you never know...

Definitely weird that though that Kenny got treated as a huge deal for the NJPW show and then not nearly the same level back in AEW.

It seems like TK has this idea of Mox being defeated by Darby (and then perhaps Christian immediately beats Darby to leave him forever chasing)

That's genuinely fine but it has felt like a long time coming with few truly hot feuds. The AEW PPV Schedule really seems to screw with how long they build things for and their need to be so match heavy with their shows often means there are relatively fewer 'moments' that build or prolong feuds*

*Hangman burning Swerve's house is a notable exception and proves they can do it sometimes

Kenny coming in with no actual main-event story is mind boggling.

Kenny has always felt less of a big deal in AEW than in NJPW for some reason. It's like he's a different guy entirely. Never been able to put my finger on why that is, but it's definitely the case imo.

And yeah AEW clearly have it in them to tell great stories and have great moments. But so often they just... don't, for some reason.

Oh yeah they may yet turn it around tbf. It's just that the company is crying out for stars ATM, and this guy is basically the biggest star they have, but for some reason they've not leaned into that at all.

Yeah Kenny has only had a few moments feeling like a big deal in AEW, while in NJPW he was always a genuine headliner. Outside of the Hangman feud and the odd 1-2 week stint vs others, he really hasn't been presented as a big deal.

He probably doesn't have a long career left in him so they need to be using that time as effectively as possible. Hopefully in the next few weeks we get the actual start of something because it'll be a real shame if they waste this.

I generally go with Ashwin>Shakib>Jadeja as cricketers, and don't think it's very controversial.

Ok deal. Provide me with the list of top 10 greatest WWE players of all time.
Bret Hart is number 1, also you should call them pro wrestlers instead of players etc.
