*Official* Pakistan tour of Ireland, England and Scotland 2018

It'd be just like Pakistan to Pakistan this one up wouldn't it?
I suppose so, but England have produced some horrible performances at Headingley over the years. I think the Pakistani bowlers will out-bowl their English counterparts again, so 59 for 3 isn't a disaster by any means.

I know it's a stereotype people have about Pakistan and like most stereotypes, there is a considerable degree of truth to it but if they were to get bundled out for a paltry total here, it's not necessarily them being Pakistan but more the fact that irrespective of how well they played at Lords, this is still a very inexperienced side. 5 out of their top 8 batsmen have single digit test matches under their belt. Hasan and Abbas are a few Tests old.

62/4 is.

That wicket, before lunch, tilts the balance in favour of England. And Broad is looking really good at the other end.

Tell us how you really feel...
I just did. Irrespective of what happens in this test. Pakistan can't lose it. The onus was on England scum to win it comprehensively 2-0.

Looking forward to seeing England collapse in similar fashion to make this 1st inns Pakistan score seem good!

Both teams have overrated their batting ability to weather the storm of a fresh first day pitch.
Story of the series thus far.

No one cares. I just want to see England / UK fail at every sport they take part in. Scum of the Earth show boaters the lot of them!

If memory serves me correct SA has a good record at Headingley.

Remember Darren Pattinson debuting there the one tour.

2008 iirc, and I think you won that one. SA also won there in 2003 after we'd had them 23 for 4; Kirsten had a massive game for you.
Mind you, we beat you there in the decisive test in the 1998 series.

But the weird thing about Headingley is how, despite 'typically English' conditions, it's seen some of our worst performances.

England reaching 50-3 would be very much on par with their typical efforts in the last couple of years or so.

Yeah. Think AB scored that big hundred after the controversy of the claimed catch and the crowd at Leeds can be tough to shake-off.

Who can forget the partnership with Zondeki. Down and out.

The less said about that 1998 tour the better :D What were the umpires names again ? What a series it was even with the controversies. One of the better one's.

Also remember a nearly 40 Peter Kirsten scoring his only test hundred there too.

It is an odd one. I think SA haven't had the best records since re-admission at The Oval, Trent Bridge , Old Trafford where as Lord's , Headingley and Edgbaston have been good.
