Masood. I can live with Shehzad but you can't tell me that batting lineup wouldn't look better with Azhar opening instead of Masood and Haris playing.

interesting to see wholesale changes to our team this morning ! Remember that Herath is coming back after an injury and it didn't look like he was fully recovered from the last match, and given that its pallekele which tends to favour quicker bowler, I'm not surprised he has been left out. I am surprised that Mubarak has come in instead of Kusal Perera who had a good A team series against Pakistan and scored well- are our selectors saying that our domestic competitions are more important than international A team cricket? Anyhoo..good to see Lakmal back in the team but I wonder why our fast bowlers cant play more than one match without getting injured?

Lakmal is good, handy bowler at home, it's a shame Eranga isn't available however. I think the combination is correct although with Matthews 2 spinners can always be gotten away with. Good start, dimuth has plenty to prove given he'll be looking to become a staple of the test side, has certainly made an effort to knuckle down and bat for a long time, Thirimanne probably playing for his spot in the side.
Misbah has been very ordinary in the field tbh
