SL is really a bad place to have a 20/20 WC, unless all the games are going to be played at the SSC. All other grounds are enormous, spin friendly, and is also conductive to swing at night. Par scores are going to be ~130-145, unless the wickets are flattened more.

I am all for favorable bowling conditions in tests and ODI's, In fact, I love to see batsmen struggling and grinding out runs in those two formats.

However, for T20, I think the point is to have high scoring games. (even if it is artificially inflated by mickey mouse boundaries)
