Cricket Web: All-Time Legend
Yeah this is something that's just so overwhelmingly obvious...to most people. To some it just isn't and I've never been able to figure out why. Like they don't even notice that they're standing the opposite way around. I've known quite a few people like that, watching cricket or tennis or whatever else and they just don't register it
Probably gets tricked when the players are facing away from him.

Rauf getting some junktime wickets here.

I don't know why they would send in Sodhi ahead of Henry or Southee.

Southee pulling off a great ramp shot for six off the last ball, I didn't know he had that trick in his kit bag.

Not that it matters much. Henry and Southee much of a muchness with the bat ... but how did Chapman and Henry not cross? For that outfield catch? getting the theoretically better Henry on strike.

Anyway, he boffs a 6 2nd ball, so, who cares ...

Genuine question: Do people, especially the younger generation, care about who wins these T20I games/series'? Or is entertainment enough?

I honestly don't think I'll watch the next four games. I just don't care enough or have any motivation to stay with them. I find myself wondering why I'd ever watch a sport where I don't particularly care about the outcome

Isn't crossing not a thing anymore?

I don't really care about the result but there have been some close T20Is where it felt like a good thrilling finish.

I'm more interested in T20Is as a litmus test for new players and how they can hold themselves on the international stage. 5 games with mostly the same XI of established players is hard to get excited about.

Normally you would say a total of 226 would be too much to chase down in a T20 but on a flat deck at Eden Park it's a gettable total

McMillan literally proving my point here. "It's straight up, going to land safely...in fact it's gone for 6!"

That drop already looking costly, Ayub is batting like Saeed Anwar.

And he's run out in true Pakistan style, that's a big let off for us.

As the comms pointed out we've score 200 plus at Eden Park twice and lost both time.

Considering how far that 6 just went I think we we're about 40 runs short
