He is as usefull with the bat as Sami is with the ball.BoyBrumby said:Inzi & Yousuf looking very at ease. Looks to be the merest suggestion of reverse for Hoggy, but unfortunately at his pace it isn't quite the threat it is from Fred or (especially) Jonah.
I can see this drifting to a high-scoring draw unless we winkle one of these fellows out pronto. Mind you, Pakistan have tremendous depth to their batting, what with Akmal due to come in at 9. I dunno about Gul, but he might be useful with the bat too for all I know.

Seriously, some matches are just worth watching on Cricinfo to see what they'll say.Cricinfo said:Harmison to Mohammad Yousuf, FOUR, deliberately sliced off the outside edge through the vacant third man area. The ball cannons off the rope and an MCC member grabs the ricochet with one hand to prevent it disturbing the man behind, and his lunch. Chivalry; we like it.
That man seriously saved the dude behind him from catching that ball in his face!andyc said:Seriously, some matches are just worth watching on Cricinfo to see what they'll say.
Actually it looks as if NO batsman in the world would get out to this bowling unless he wanted to.superkingdave said:at the moment it looks like we could bowl at these two all week and not get either of them out
He did leave the gate wide open there. Ball didn't bounce as much as you'd expect, but still...steds said:Inzi made a mess of that.

Nothing whatsoever in the English pacers/medium pacers.
Don't give up that easy. If this Test is any indication, both bowling attacks are equally crap and so we still have a chance.Xuhaib said:Asif returns home.
Congrats, series to England.
