Watling and Santner got theirs against England last November.Must be pretty rare to see 2 first class highest scores in a test innings.

Because poor captaincy should be called out.Why does anyone care if we declare or not? Makes little to no difference. Jeez just enjoy all the damn runs.

Thats nice, one day maybe I will feel the same way abut a snarling convict. This feels weird seeing an English player I actually geniuinely like. Well done Crawley
Admittedly his date of birth does help though
You've got no idea how much that means to us mate. This feels weird seeing an English player I actually geniuinely like. Well done Crawley

Not really, likewise none for the selectors keeping with one of our best ever opening bowlers, when some considered one bad matc meant he was over. You'll have to forgive me being too lazy to check the last few pages after being away for a couple of days, but presumably there's been a fair bit of credit expressed for the selectors for spotting Crawley and sticking with Buttler.
The only really bad call that they've made over the last couple of years was picking Roy to open in the Ashes. Other than that they've done pretty well. Not least sticking with Burns for the Ashes when he looked completely out of sorts beforehand, so I suspect they'll do the same after this series too.Not really, likewise none for the selectors keeping with one of our best ever opening bowlers, when some considered one bad matc meant he was over.
Actually do think our selectors have done okay really, kudos despite never picking Hildy,
Apparently not according to CricinfoSo is play starting early today?
They got in enough play yesterday that it's still 11:00. No showers forecast so Tuesday might be the only day of test cricket in England to have an early start for a long timeSo is play starting early today?
So is play starting early today?
I think basically play would be starting early, but isn't because of the forecast didn't look ok when they were deciding or something?Apparently not according to Cricinfo
