Think England will still be good to make the semis they left it late the last World Cup in England as well. They still got one the best teams when stokes comes back in. Think Buttler bats too low down the order as well.

A woeful start to our title defence - the worst performance in a WC since the 2015 debacle.

Too many batsmen, nearly all of them in fact, got themselves out on a belter of a pitch.

We were at least 50 runs light but the way we bowled we were about 150 light.

Fair play to NZ, they did what they always do, perform well when it matters.

As for England, it was too bad to be true and a loss whilst disappointing isn't anything more than that at this stage. But we'll have to make sure there's no more performances like that or we'll not be making the final 4.

Yep. Santner was superb and Latham marshalled his bowlers exceptionally, so huge credit to him.

I'd have preferred Mitchell and Phillips to have more overs and Neesham and Ravindra to have less. That would be my one criticism.
