Just out of interest, is it legal for the guy who plays the ball to hold the marker so he can't get to the guy taking a shot at field goal. I'm assuming to a certain extent it is, as nobody was worried about it from either side. I guess it happens in every play the ball to some degree.

Thought QLD looked a fair bit better than us for most of the match, but somehow we managed to get points when we needed them. Pity about the miracle field goal attempt at the end that was never going to happen...would've liked to have seen a bomb followed by a fumble and an in-goal scramble to finish the match

Yeah that was completely grubby. Penalty to QLD was fine. Tate deserved 10 given what happened to Jennings in G1.

They mentioned on The Footy Show the other night that he did it 4 times in Origin 3...although the person who mentioned it was Ray Hadlee, so make of that what you will.
