Well who knows? Despite my not liking the Emperor, and notwithstanding the terrorgraph's campaign against him, the organisation has an asset base which should see it through its current cash flow dramas. He deserves some credit for that.
I can see real problems ahead if the new board think they need to demonstrate immediate results, because realistically it isn't going to happen. But, like Anderson, they have a real opportunity here, because the problems with the football team aren't of their making, so they have carte blanche to make changes there.
Word is they're looking at getting Tony Zappia back from the Sharks as CEO. I mean, they're really going well, aren't they? I hope they don't jus tthink walking into the sheds and saying "Have a go you lot" means things will be turned around. First thing they can do is hopefully find a forward who isn't the exact same body shape and size as every other forward at the club. That might help. Reckon they should buy Dave Taylor asap.
Hopefully one of them can find out WTF is wrong with Krishnan Inu? I mean the bloke's a massive talent, just doesn't seem interested. And I don't see it as an ego thing for him, he seems almost bereft of ego. Something's not right there.
Anyway, I don't know if they have the answers, but it certainly seemes as though the joint was in major need of a clean out, from the top down.
