its not true at all, just a low life spreading rumours...BoyBrumby said:Tigers in the final. Hmmmm.
Possibly letting your loyalty cloud your judgement a tad?
BTW, I heard a rumour that Thurston has been knocking off Steve Southern's wife! Might explain why their season's gone so completely to pot.
Think the Cowboys are looking gone IHMO. Parra could yet make it tho, definitely running into form at the right time. Pity for them that Tim Smith is broken just as he was turning it round. Knights are looking iffy, but they have Bunnies next week so hopefully that should put then back on winning trail.Mister Wright said:How close is this year's competition? It's fantastic. I think only the top 4 sides; Melbourne, Bulldogs, Brisbane, Dragons can sit back and think they've already made the final. I think Melbourne have all but sewn up the minor premiership and it will between the other 3 for the 2nd spot. Sea Eagles and Sharks should both make the 8, but if Cowboys, Knights, Panthers or Raiders make a good run, they might struggle and Wests and Eels still are a chance of making the finals. All other teams will need a lot of things to go their way to make the finals, and the Rabbits are the only team with no chance of making the finals.
What a wonderful finish to the season we are looking at, with something to play for each week.
Melbourne have; Sharks (H), Dragons (A), Tigers (H), Broncos (A), Warriors (H), Canberra (A), Sea Eagles (H).BoyBrumby said:Think the Cowboys are looking gone IHMO. Chooks are almost def out of it, but decent win today (tipped by yours truly ) so you never know.
I agree about Melbourne for minor prem, haven't they got something like 6 home games left 'cos of the Commonwealth Games prep?
Bulldogs premiers for mine now tho.
Ah. I was only 2 out then....Mister Wright said:Melbourne have; Sharks (H), Dragons (A), Tigers (H), Broncos (A), Warriors (H), Canberra (A), Sea Eagles (H).
The way they're playing the should win all 7. Should have 5 of those in the bag. If they had Dragons and Broncos at home they'd probably win all 7, but playing them away from 'the graveyard' it won't be as easy.BoyBrumby said:Ah. I was only 2 out then....
Can see them winning at least 5 there tho, anyway.
I count 7....Mister Wright said:The way they're playing the should win all 6. Should have 4 of those in the bag. If they had Dragons and Broncos at home they'd probably win all 6, but playing them away from 'the graveyard' it won't be as easy.

seems that way every year, cant rule out anyone except Souths, Roosters and Sharks at this stage...burkey_1988 said:It's the Dragons' year, one feels.
Manly will do anything but make the finals easily especially if Kennedy is struggling with injuries.chaminda_00 said:I got the feeling that Manly going to make the finals easierly and then get knocked out in the first week, we are playing so crap.
