Found this on another forum, Found it pretty funny..

A comparison of NRL footy teams to their female equivalent

Sydney Roosters - Amelie Mauresmo.! Last woman on Earth scenario : you still wouldn't.

Canterbury Bulldogs - Christina Aguilera. Looks like she enjoys it rough and dirty.

NZ Warriors - Paris Hilton. Lays down way too easily.

Cronulla Sharks - Jenna Jamieson. Can cop a pounding and keep coming back for more.
 :naughty:

Not sure, Last i heard the dragons said theyt couldnt fit him under the cap...

Personally i wouldnt be surprised to see him at either Penrith or the Sharks next season....

Thats if he doesnt retire(which i think is the most likely option)

What's happening with Shaun Timmins?
Has an outside chance of still playing SL for Castleford. Under the RFLs guidelines, Batley and Whitehaven aren't fit clubs (stadium, turnover, etc. wise) for Super League and therefore not eligible for promotion. So if one of them can somehow win the NL1 GF ahead of Hull KR (more or less impossible), Widnes and Leigh (only teams who realistically can beat Hull KR), then Castleford wouldn't go down. Therefore Timmins wouldn't need new club.

Is there not a local stadium where they could play at? Like Gretna had to do in the UEFA Cup (until Derry City spanked them 5-1) and Treviso did when they go sent up to Serie A because their stadiums were/are not up to standard?

Or is that in the RLF guidelines?

Anyway tonight I'm going for Brisbane to win, more so because I'm not really a fan of the Bulldogs and they are a Queensland team.

I still can't work out how Melbourne are suddenly outsiders for the Premiership even without playing, I knew this would happen with Phil Gould's love affair for the Dragons and is so for the Sydney media, who rave on about Gasnier and Cooper, Head, Barrett, Hornby etc. as the best thing's since sliced bread, well Head can't stay fit for five minutes, Gasnier is unlikely to play and Barrett has an ego the size of Andrew Johns' and yet Melbourne have had to put up with the likes of Slater, Inglis, and Crocker missing for lengthy period of time with injury (Inglis) and suspension (Slater and Crocker) and yet still won.

Typical. Remember in 200 when Anthony Mundine said the Dragons were the real premiers and were going to show Melbourne that, and what happened the Storm ran up 70 points.

I'm surprised to see Simon wanting the Dragons to win, I had always figured he hated the Dragons as much as the Roosters, and having a fair amount of Queenslanders in the team, I might have thought he would want Melbourne to win. I can understand Goffy wanting the Dragons to win, especially with Melbourne running up some massive scores against them and Danny Williams king hitting O'Neal (should have had assult charges placed against him and shows how desperate the ESL is) and Slater kicking Sankdalis in the head.

its not that i really want the Dragons to win, i think they hav worked out a lot of their problems and are probably the strongest team on their day.. as for the storm being the outsiders it hardly matters when the betting is close, at last check it was
Dragons $3.40
Broncos $3.50
Bulldogs $3.50
Storm $3.75

Actually i wouldnt mind seeing Melbourne win, PROVIDING Slater gets cleaned up and misses the GF... I think Dragons will win, but to see them Choke again would be absolutley PRICELESS!!! Especially considering i have so many Dragons fans at work who all of a sudden have forgotten about recent years...

Im cheering the Broncs all the way now...

Shane Webcke deserves it...

Interesting enough either Hill or Barrett will be left on 199 games at the end of tomorrow night's game. It wouldn't have been so bad if it was 10 or 15, but Hill must be rueing his suspension earlier in the year.

Not good for Brisbane so far.

Utai has just scored, El Mazri convers 20-6, and El Mazri has kicked 21 straight and the last one was pure genius.

Dogs looking lethal so far... Broncos are struggling to contain the bulldogs who seem to have so many players in motion...

Im starting to fear the Broncos could get a bit of their own medicine that they dished out to Newcastle last week...
