Missed most of play until now but that's a damn good morning, even if it could have been better. Thought par before start of play was 20 run lead to India, so we did better than that. Will watch the drop and not-quite-slip-catches later.

McCullum definitely trying to emulate Taylor here. We just need him to ride his luck - it will definitely require some.

wouldn't have backed either of them to bail us out if they were playing, as awesome as they were. Our batting line up has faltered too often for me in the recent past for me to have any serious faith in them chasing a 250+ target in the 4th innings.

NZ will easily win this match and show how crap this Indian team has became now.

Anything above 250 is very difficult to chase in India. With out of form batsmen, India needs to restrict NZ below 200 to have any chance in this match.
