Such a shame, the dude deserved a hundred. A potentially match-winning innings here from James Franklin. He did have a bit of luck go his way, but you cannot begrudge him that.

Well, New Zealand may have found that finisher I said they lacked. Couldn't be happier that it's Franklin; I've always loved the guy. If this can make him believe in his batting at international level it'll do a lot more than just give New Zealand something to bowl at in a dead rubber ODI.
