hindsight is 20/20 but this was always a chance from henry. he bowled genuinely well with zero luck in his last recall vs pakistan. dropped catches all round.

so far, he's back up that glimpse of improvement.

Looks a properly useful cricketer.

I mean, I know cricket is about the stats, the stats, always the stats! But Henry is no way a 50+ average bowler and looks good enough to nudge 20 with the bat too

Yeah, thought he was unfortunate in that game (and the absence of a third man meant he conceded a number of runs off edges). Feel he’s his own worst enemy at times, tends to stray from the right line/length when things aren’t going his way. Hope this start sets him up for a good second innings effort.
