Times of India article will be: 'NZ sensationally leave out superstar Ravindra, BCCI urged to make contact with Rachin'.

New Zealand probably the only test playing nation that would leave out someone like Rachin for a Henry Nicholls type 😂

But I mean this is the same team that was playing half a dozen nuffies over him heading into the World Cup so what would they know about talent

Well Stead said in an interview recently that he has no responsibility to build for the future and that’s what domestic cricket is for, so what else can we expect.

The man’s a moron who wants a repeat of the 1990s decade long 80s hangover.
Almost as bad as the time he said it’s not his job to coach the team

Conway got picked to open at Lords for his test debut and got a double hundred, but amazingly many people were still saying in the lead up to that test & selection decision that the incumbent had done nothing wrong and didn't deserve to be dropped so unfortunately DC would have to ride the pine.
It's the NZ mindset to a certain extent.

Yep, remember he was eligible prior to that as well, but wasn’t picked because Blundell had been mildly competent opening.
