The period when it looked like Southee might be an all-rounder is ancient history now, Sodhi can hit the occasional dinger but is pretty bad too. Whereas Milne looks like he should be a step up from both, but his record says he isn't. His two sixes here actually gets him his highest t20i score.

Sodhi done some good tings in tests though. I trust him to take it seriously.

I didn't expect Southee to be the next Chris Cairns but I thought he had the potential to at least be on Dion Nash's level as a lower order batsman.

Maybe even Kyle Mills level who was a very handy lower order batsman in limited overs games.

Rigor wants to know if they should ‘continue the strategy of trying to whack it’. I can confirm it’s a highly effective strategy, haven’t failed in like 25 years.
