Hopefully the rest of the side can improve with him. I think he won't reach his full potential unless they do. Him and Iqbal should become greats if bangladesh can improve or keep up this playing level outside of their home country.

I think they'll continue to improve, a 4-0 series win against NZ (which I'd put money on) would be a a confidence booster, but the real test will be whether they can win a series win against a quality side.

with the finances of some of the countys these days there's afew who could help out. I guess your right with the limited places as a whole though, competing against other nations only reall iqbal and mortaza would cut it along with shakib.

I was referring to Mahmudullah rather than Mortaza. There's no way a county would be interested in a ridiculously injury-prone and honestly fairly average seamer. He'd get picked up if he didn't count as an overseas player but when players like Iain O'Brien can't get a team, Mashrafe has no hope.

Mahmudullah could offer something though.
