Great post - I was thinking if they can get one more batsman in their team they are in business if they aren't already.

Just from watching him he has tried batting slowly - didn't work - has tried altering his technique - didn't work. So maybe just some time away from the top side will help him.

Changing the technique or style was not probably a good idea. He should have remained attacking but cautious about playing tricky or lofty shots. If you can play all kinds of shots does not mean you have to try them all in a game. Just use the brain bit more.
