What?

He wouldn't be the best batsman in the England side if he played.

So what does your comment mean?

Is this the same troll that spoke all the cr*p about Vaughan and Ponting and then ran away and hid when Australia lost?

Depends on your definition of "ran away and hid"..

Already laughed at NZ, letting (G.) McGrath get 50 must be utterly humiliating - I hope he was sledging the NZ bowlers as well for dishing up so many half-trackers. I *was* hoping NZ would make Aus struggle so as to reflect well on England for whitewashing them earlier.

England already has a Langer mark 2. Strauss.
With the creases ironed out. :p . Strauss had some fun with the aussies in the ICC didn't he? As for better batsmen see Thorpe and Vaughan(even as an aussie you'd have to agree with them eh Scally?).

Speaking of Thorpe he is Muralis bunny by your own standards and trying to compare Vaughan to Langer is the silliest thing ever posted, Vaughan is everyones bunny. Vaughan should be called "one down" because thats what england will be when McGrath bowls to Vaughan.

I think McGrath was a little fortunate on that LBW appeal from Oram - he was walking right across his stumps, Lehmann style.

Come on Pidgeon, you have to nurse Gillespie to 50, yet...

In the same way that Scallywag should be called "This message is hidden because Scallywag is on your ignore list" becauses that's what he will be whenever you accidentally read one of his posts.

Anyway I hope NZ manage to set Australia a target even if it is an insufficient one like 150, just to see if Australia wobble a little before getting it.

Given that if you add the respective Gillespie and McGrath batting averages together you get roughly 21, is this one of the lowest combined batting averages ever to make a hundred partnership?

Someone will beat me to it but there's Gillespie's half-century...

McGrath caught by Astle for 61. Gillespie not out for 54. Australia lead by 230odd.

I never thought we would get anywhere close to that.

Which shows exactly how much you know about Vaughan.

For him to be out and make it one down you need 2 of the top 3 to retire hurt.

Two down!!!!!!

Sinclair's last three innings were all over 50. Now he is out LBW to McGrath for a duck! The ball was shown to be a bit high, but. 2/7.

Australia and McGrath are on a roll here. McGrath has just got Fleming out caught by Langer. Wow. Three down-7 to go.
