#ForevertaintedI see your point, but it can be useful at times I reckon, either if you're solo or can't get info.
I went to a day 3 days of the Lord's test this year and one one of the days I went solo. Wasn't sitting near anyone particularly interesting (had some convos about the game) and was thinking I should have brought a radio/bought that thing with Sky commentary. Would have kept me occupied between overs and stuff.
For the footy, sometimes you have no idea if someone is injured or something. I remember I was lucky enough to be at the 2005 GF when your beloved Swans won the flag ( ) and had no idea Kerr was injured and didn't play the end of the game.
They haven't had a say in the matter for 2 years or something!Funny how the batsmen go off when batting seems at its easiest
It's not their decision anymore. Umpire says it's dark, they go off.Funny how the batsmen go off when batting seems at its easiest
I'd forgotten about that. It was great. They better have the Earl of Twirl segment again this year.
There was still a lot in it if you get it in the right areas. Is Brisbane always that crazy in the first session and flat in the second?
It was something like 20cm seam movement and 7 degrees (or whatever they measure it with) of turn! There was still a lot in it if you get it in the right areas.
From lunch onwards tomorrow it'll be a completely different pitch to what we saw this morning. Is Brisbane always that crazy in the first session and flat in the second?
WAG. Isn't it the same as last season though?
True that.As much as I'd like to listen to it at home while I watched the game, it'd piss me off no end if I couldn't listen to them at the SCG in January.
Seems... skinnier.WAG. Isn't it the same as last season though?
