Current rules involve a mandatory 4 year stand down. He's trying to get it reduced to three.

Good innings by Pollard. Deserved a century. Wellington need to try and push for a lead of at least 100 here.

Well, hope by some miracle that ND are able to get enough runs on the board to get Mathieson a decent bowl in the second innings to see how he comes back after the first.

Keir Bettley to get a maiden first class century. The guy has worked extremely hard in converting himself from a guy who could hold a bat a bit into a guy who can actually bat, lets hope it pays off and he can stick around with some of the lower order.
