BARNES OUT
Lol @ sm00teh. You've been following baseball for one season and you post like you know everything. Just because Fusion doesn't post about NBA until finals doesn't mean he doesn't follow it.
What relevance does me following baseball have? I only mentioned it because the same thing happened with baseball. And I'm well aware how much Miami's fanbase stinks (and they're quite average to watch as well, except on a highlight reel). I'm just tired of hearing people say that Dallas deserve it more for no reason other than they hate Miami. Whoever wins deserves it, afaic. Dirk is the man, however.

lol @ this whole post. Where were you during the season? Posting about baseball (only when you made the ALCS and World Series, mind you) and football (oh wait, Cowboys stunk right?) no doubt. Fans like you are the reason I don't want the Mavs to win.
Haha, how precious. I don’t generally come on CW to post about Baseball/Basketball/Football. There may be around 5 to 6 people on the site who regularly follow those sports. Hence, I usually don’t comment about these sport until the playoffs start. How regularly would you post in Cricket Chat if there were only 5 or 6 people who discussed anything there? I follow my teams passionately. I have a mini-season package for both the Mavs and the Rangers which means I attend around 20 games in person, and the rest I follow on TV/Radio/Internet. Hell, I even attend games of the Rangers' minor league affiliate, the Rough Riders, since their stadium is very close to where I live. Do you want me to scan the tickets for you to prove my credentials? Also, how many Mavs fans do you know (considering they’re not exactly the most popular team in the league) to label us all as front runners?

Relax, my posts about rooting for the Mavs over Miami are all in fun. Of course Miami would deserve it if they win. They have phenomenal talent. The way they went about assembling that talent, and the way that talent behaves, may make them very unlikable but no would say they didn’t deserve to win their ring.

P.S: Defeat Pure Evil. Go Mavs!

I can't believe how poorly that last play was set up. Looked like something Vinny del Negro would do.
That was the perfect play, Dirk was also able to take the shot he normally would make 80-85 % of the time. This time he didn't make it and credit Miami defense for keeping the pressure on him.

Also the officiating in the 4th quarter was crap, it looked like the officials were just looking for an excuse to give foul against Heat. I am not complaining but If Miami had gotten those calls and won, we would hear no end of how poor the refs were from mavs fans. Heck we still hear about the refs about the last Mavs-Heat finals.

Dallas' bench are the reason the'll lose this series. Could've iced three out of the four games if someone could've made an open shot with some consistency.

interesting stat

James had scored in double figures in 434 consecutive games. His teams are now 0-8 in the playoffs when he scores fewer than 15 points.
