I think Tremlett was pretty unlucky to miss out in the first place, so I reckon Big Dunc & the brains trust has made the right call again.

I'd say he's got far more potential as a test prospect than Lewis & we still kinda use ODIs as a testing ground for tests.

No complaints about Lewis's form thus far, mind.
Isn't he a ok bat as well, it could have been a reason why he got infront of some other guys. Hopefully gets a game i love to see him live and see what all the hype is, see if he as scary as people say.

well Bangladesh wont be getting too close to this target. I'm going out to spend some time with my girlfriend and when i return in about 3 hours or so i'll be expecting a big Australian win

If it were a decent batting line-up I'd quite fancy their chances of chasing 250, but obviously it's Bangladesh with their useless top order - I still expect them to get within 100 mind. I don't think England will be shaking in their boots at this effort so far from Australia either.

Who cares about some end of term endurance test a few months ago when there are games over the last week to look at?

I heard something on the Australian telecast about "smelling of alcohol" - but whether that was referring to Symonds or not, I'm not sure. I was channel hopping between the cricket and the much more enthralling World Poker Tour.

Sorry. Missed a word out.

NOT smelling of alcohol.

Speaking of which, do any of you antipodean cousins (aka whingeing Aussies) know about beer (not that woolly woufdah Fosters rubbish, I mean PROPER beer)?

I've just been down to the brewing shop and bought a Coopers kit. Any good or have I wasted my money?
