Whatever it takes!!!
MI have their batting order wrong IMO. Its obvious both Ishy and Rohit are struggling to be the aggressors and go big. It always seems to be like 1 risk too many. Also, if Ishy Kishy is to be considered a like for like replacement of Pant for India, then he has to be good at batting 4, which is where Pant bats. I would go with this line up for MI going forward. I think they have their best 4 overseas players playing (sorry @Daemon ) but I would try this for their next game -

Rohit
Brevis
Tilak
Ishy
SKY
Pollard
Allen
Unadkat
M Ashwin
Mills
Bumrah

This will help Rohit bat normally, Brevis seems to be in a hurry anyways and #2 should suit him best with the powerplay. Same for Tilak. This will let Ishy bat at 4 where he had his best season in 2020 and also rehearse for his spot for India should it open up. SKY bats 5 for India and so should bat the same spot here and do this thing. Pollard and Allen need to step up for sure. But this line-up gives them their best shot IMO.

I felt the opposite. I think he is trying to go back to the method that brought him most success. Ticking singles away and letting the more aggressive batsman at the other end attack and if he had managed to hang around, I feel the SR wud have gone up the longer he spent at the crease. Hopefully it can work out for him next game. It was a brilliant bit of fielding that got him out today and you wont always have that happening to you.
