interesting to hear doull say you can't coach pace when im sure it was him who mentioned on commentary he saw lockie ferguson as a club cricketer and helped him go from right arm medium to right arm fast.

It can both be true though. He probably just coached him to help fulfill his potential which is perhaps the part he says is what can't be coached. A guy with potential with the right action and coaching can bowl at that pace but a guy without that potential, even with that action and coaching, can't. Seems fair enough IMO.
