Has Yusuf Pathan thrown away the match? Looked devastating, on route to the first T20 century by an Indian, then this.

Bit of a fallacy when he slogs a very-valuable quickfire 40~ then one shot doesn't come off. All it shows to me is that he's batting too high up the order. That's exactly what you want in the last five overs.

Still, Rajasthan haven't really got anyone else...

That's the way he plays. Can't fault him for going for it.
That was, in light of the last match and this situation, dumb. They needed a Yusuf century to stay afloat. Now they're stuck with practically nobody to take the initiative. Mascarenhas is struggling and Jadeja is looking worse with every delivery.

He could easily have taken a single to take strike in the next over. There were other options to hit around- Ganguly was bowling at the other end, and they are stuck with the likes of Agarkar and Anureet. There was no need to go for a big hit so early.

This is why Indians don't score centuries in T20. Absolutely stupid shot-selection.

Yeah agree with this. Pathan is not your no. 4. Would do great coming at the end of an innings.
