Seem to remember McGrath also being really pissed off when Delhi lost to Chennai, with Sehwag letting Shoaib Malik bowl the last over, and give away 15 runs to lose.

No argument from anyone as Jono said. But that's not necessary for its success. We'll see if it ever becomes like the Premier League, which is the goal Modi has but I doubt that will happen.

The threat comes not from SA cricketers, who are paid well, but from places like SRL where cricketers can earn more from two months of this than five years playing for their country.
