I think Gill will come in next unless there's very few overs to go. Karthik, Russell and Narine are decent lower order hitters.

Wonder why Narine isn't opening again, maybe they thought he wouldn't be able to hit Bhuvi with the new ball and is better off at the finishing role this time.
