ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ - how many wickets have his mates taken and at what strike rate?

When the Royals make the semis, who do you want to face?

RP f@##$$%%^^&&*** Singh or Tait?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
RP Singh doesn't play for the Royals.

Harbhajan has really come along as a lower order slogger. Could be a real asset for India in the TT and ODI world cups.
If Ravindra plays, he could be down at 9. Maybe could come in as a pinch hitter if the ball is really coming on slowly?

Bravo and Pollard have had a pretty poor IPL. Strange how Mumbai have dominated so much when only one of their internationals has been pulling his weight (Lasith). I don't know who they have on their bench tbh completely unfamiliar with Mumbai's reserves.

Yeah Napier has to play. Jayasuriya and Duminy wouldn't be out of place either. Obviously Bravo will come good and is worth keeping even if not operating quite at 100% but an underperforming Pollard has to go. Not ecstatic about McClaren either.
Pollard perhaps had the first 'real' failure with the bat today. But he was quality with the ball. Bravo is sadly completely out of nick and has to be dropped for Jayasurya.

Mi really need to learn to click without Sachin. Today's capitulation was so dire.

Loved Bhajji's little cameo, on a difficul pitch he just carved into dougy and made him look pedestrian by smacking him for 3 sixes. But too little too late.

Now that they've dropped him, RR looks likely for semis.

Ho ho ho.

Wouldn't mind him in the semis should we (mi) get to play RR though

Also get a grip. Tait and RP turn out for different teams though both are ****.

McLaren and Pollard out; Napier and Duminy/Jayasuriya in, depending on JP's fitness. Napier's not much worse batsman than McLaren, and is actually capable of clearing the boundary with ease, but is a much better bowler; and just wipes the floor with Pollard, who I assume is only playing because of the ridiculous price paid for him. 1 decent series against Australia and he's suddenly a big star =/ Averages 13 with the bat and 30 with the ball in T20i's, hugely over-rated. Get Napes in.
Had a pretty handy Champions League as well, Pollard.

Bravo really has been dirt this year. Just has 56 runs from 8 outings at 125, and averages 49 per wicket at 8. Seriously dunno why Sachin has persisted with him. Also him bowling medium pace eats into the over rates. Jayasurya must get a look in. He's can't do worse.

Still backing pollard to come good with the bat. Mclaren looks distinctly unimpressive but wholesale changes wouldn't be desirable.

After that game last night, there are chinks in MI's armour. I would say that Delhi are now the most settled an hard-to-beat team in this competition. Surprisingly (to me), it's due in large part to Collingwood, and not Dilshan/AB/Viru/Gauti.

Competent Indian keeper, first choice Indian opening batsmen, in form Indian spinner, Nehra when fit, plus 4 internationals who are performing nicely (Warner/Nannes/Collingwood/...Vettori?), then chaps like Sangwan are definitely not slouches. DDs can definitely take it this year, even after that bump they hit early on.

Looking at the Mumbai lineup plus the form of some of them, it'll be an absolute miracle if they win the IPL (e.g. compare Mumbais batting lineup to Chennai - chalk and cheese)

Sachin is going to have to score a mountain of runs for them to have any chance whatsoever IMO

tbf, it's the way they have shuffled their XI after their early troubles and have re-established themselves as contenders that did it.

Yea Mumbai's bowling is strong, if they get their middle order international batsmen to actually do something other than get out cheaply they'll be a nightmare to face.

Struggling to think of puns relating to Dole. It'll come to me.

In the meantime, that last over of his was magic. Slips catch after 6 overs? Woa.
